Co-ordinates KAPSARC's China and North East Asia projects, focusing on structuring and leading collaborative projects looking at energy policy in the region. Before moving to KAPSARC, Leo worked at an international oil and gas company as a portfolio analyst in their strategy and portfolio development department. He has a Master's degree from Oxford, a PhD, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a certified Financial Risk Manager.
