题目：The Effect of a Mystery Shopper Program on Prescriptions in Primary Care: Results from a Field Experiment
摘要：We question whether announced performance monitoring in primary care can be an e effective measure to improve primary care quality. Using a randomized treatment-control design we conduct a field experiment in primary care clinics in a Chinese city. We investigate whether informing clinics in the treatment group of a forthcoming mystery shopper audit influences the physicians' prescription behavior. We find that antibiotic medications are prescribed to patients in the majority of cases, even though such prescribing is not in accordance with current recommendations or guidelines. We find that announcing a mystery shopper audit does influence the overall prescription behavior, but the intervention is not effective in reducing prescription of antibiotics.
主讲人简介：王健博士，山东大学公共卫生学院教授，山东大学卫生实验经济学与公共政策研究中心主任，并兼任清华大学公共健康研究中心课程教授。王健博士于2001年获得澳大利亚Newcastle大学经济学博士学位，2004年－2007年任教于澳大利亚Newcastle大学商学和法学院政策系），2007年2月起任教于山东大学至今。王健博士主要从事卫生经济和卫生政策领域研究，致力于医改支付方式和慢性病的公共政策研究，在SCI、SSCI、CSSCI杂志发表多篇文章。
